These Terms and Conditions govern how we provide our products and services, including the retrieval of property information, title records, Certificates of Title, PPSR searches, and other related services displayed on our website uk.staging.uklandregistryonline.org.uk. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully before submitting an order. They explain who we are, how we provide our services, how either party may end or modify the contract, and what to do if there is a problem.
When you place an order, you will be asked to confirm your agreement to these Terms by selecting "I Agree." If you do not agree, you will not be able to receive any of our services.
If you wish to amend your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will advise whether changes are possible and inform you of any price, timing, or process adjustments.
We may make minor updates to reflect legal, technical, or regulatory changes that do not affect your service. If a significant change is required, we will notify you in advance, and you may cancel your order for a refund if services are not yet delivered.
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that once we begin processing your request, the service is considered in progress and cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you wish to end the contract due to an error or non-delivery, please contact info@landtitlesearch.ca.
We may end the contract if payment is not made within 7 days of a reminder or if required information is not provided. If we permanently withdraw a service, we will notify you and refund any payment for unfulfilled orders.
Prices are as displayed on our website at the time of your order. If a clear pricing error occurs, we may cancel your order and issue a refund. Payment must be made in full when placing your order.
We are responsible only for losses that are a direct and foreseeable result of our actions. We are not liable for any indirect or business losses or inaccuracies in official records supplied by Land Information Canada (LIC).
